보건간호사의 업무행위 유형에 대한 질적 연구

초록
본 연구는 급변하는 보건사회환경에서 포괄적인 보건간호사의 업무행위의 특성을 파악하고 그 유형에 따른 이해를 구축하며, 보건간호 업무역량의 기준을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 형성하기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 실행하기 위해 본 연구의 대상자는 자발적 참여의사를 가진 보건간호사 중 임의로 선정하여 자료수집을 하였으며, 최종적으로 20명이 참여하였다. 연구방법은 질적연구방법인 심층면담과 참여관찰 방법을 적용하여 자료수집을 하였으며, 수집된 자료를 Wolcott(1994)의 텍스트 분석과 Spradley(1980)의 분류분석 틀을 적용하여 전 과정을 순환적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과로 밝혀진 보건간호사의 업무행위는 세 가지 초점에 의해 분류되었다. 즉, 현장중심 유형, 사업기획 유형과 중립적 유형이었다. 결론적으로 세 가지 유형이 한국 보건간호사의 업무행위로 이해되었다. 따라서, 세 가지 유형의 특성을 근거로 하여 보건간호사의 의사결정과정과, 건강증진을 위한 간호사의 업무역량 기준을 개발한다면, 보건간호사의 역할 수행에 기틀을 마련하는데 초석이 될 것으로 사료되는 바이다.;This study was done to explore patterns of service behaviors among public health nurses. The participants for this study were twenty public health nurses. Data were collected with interview and participatory observation in fieldwork. Data were analyzed using text analysis and taxonomic methods. Patterns of health behavior among participants were categorized by three focus: Field-based type, program planning type, and neutral type. Theses results of patterns of job behaviors can be helpful to develop of processes for decision-making in public health nurses and may contribute development of nurses"s competencies for health promotion.
