본 연구의 목적은 공공 행정 기관에서의 사회복지현장실습에 대한 사회복지전담공무원의 인식을 탐색하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 구청과 주민센터에 근무하고 있는 총 15명의 사회복지전담공무원을 3그룹으로 구분하여 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, ‘유비무환(有備無患): 미리 준비하면 근심할 것이 없다’, ‘고장난명(孤掌難鳴): 혼자만의 힘으로는 어떤 일도 하기 어렵다’, ‘일거양득(一擧兩得): 한 가지의 일로 두 가지의 이익을 보다’라는 3개의 주제와 6개의 하위 주제가 드러났다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여, 공공 행정 기관에서의 사회복지현장실습을 위한 사회복지행정적 논의 사항을 정리하였고 적용 가능한 지침을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the perception of social welfare officers dedicated to the social welfare field experience in public administration. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, Separating the total of 15 social welfare officers who are working in the ward offices and community center into three groups and conducted a focus group interview and the results were analyzed. Based on these findings, organized to discuss administrative matters for social welfare social welfare field training in public administration and suggested guidelines were applicable.
