본 연구의 목적은 노인복지관에서 활용하고 있는 노인복지관 이용자중심 성과지표의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 전국에서 노인복지관을 이용하는 308명의 노인을 대상으로 일반적 특성, 노인문제, 삶의 질, 사회적지지 등에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 22와 AMOS 22 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 수렴타당도 분석을 하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 성과지표의 두 가지 하위차원의 신뢰도 계수는 .89(노인문제)와 .95(삶의 질)로 매우 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 탐색적 요인분석에서는 이론적으로 개발된 하위영역별로 동일한 문항들이 적재되었으며, 적재값도 .40 이상으로 엄격한 수준의 기준도 충족하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과에서는 모델적합도 지수(x2 통계량=863.03, df=251, RMSEA=.08, CFI=.84, TLI=.83)가 받아들일 수 있는 수준으로 나타났다. 또한 이론적으로 관련이 있는 변수들과의 유의한 상관관계가 도출됨으로써 수렴타당도도 성립되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 노인복지관 이용자의 긍정적 변화를 측정하기 위해 본 성과지표를 활용할 수 있는 실증적 토대를 제공하였다. This study aims to evaluate the psychometric properties of the user-centered outcome measurement for Senior Welfare Centers. A total of 308 older adults who newly received social programs from the centers were surveyed twice in six months. The reliability and validity of the measurement were tested by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis(EFA), confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and convergent validity using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. The internal reliabilities for the two sub-dimensions for the scales were excellent: .89 for aging problem factor and .96 for quality of life factor. An EFA showed that all the items were loaded at the same factor as the theoretical expectations. The cut-off values for factor loading of each factor wore over .40. The CFA also showed the model fit for the measurement were acceptable(x2=863.03, df=251, RMSEA=.08, CFI=.84, TLI=.83). In addition, the convergent validity was empirically confirmed. Findings from this study indicated that the measurement was reliable and valid. Grentological social workers could utilize the instrument to assess positive changes for older program users.
