본 연구는 어린이집의 윤리경영이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 어린이집의 윤리경영 도입의 필요성을 논의하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 연구대상은 J도내 국공립, 사회복지법인 어린이집에 재직 중인 교사 142명이었으며, 분석방법은 빈도분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘어린이집의 교직원에 대한 윤리성’이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 하위요인인 ‘인사관리 윤리성’과 ‘복지후생 및 노무관리 윤리성’은 교사의 직무만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘교직원의 어린이집, 동료 및 전문가조직에 대한 윤리성’의 하위요인인 ‘소속 어린이집에 대한 윤리성’과 ‘동료교사에 대한 윤리성’은 교사의 직무만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 어린이집의 윤리경영은 교사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of ethical management on teachers’ job satisfaction and discuss the necessity of ethical management in child care center. 142 teachers working in the child care centers of national and public social welfare foundations in J-do were analyzed by frequency, correlation and multiple regression methods. Analysis results are as follows. First, in reference to the ‘ethics of the child care center for the teachers’ and teachers’ satisfaction, the sub-factors of ‘personnel management ethics’ and ‘welfare benefits and labor management ethics’ were proportional to the teachers’ satisfaction. Second, with respect to the ‘teachers’ ethics for the child care center, fellow teachers and professional organization’, the sub-factors of ‘ethics for the child care center’ and ‘ethics for fellow teachers’ were proportional to the teachers’ satisfaction. Therefore, ethical management of child care center was appeared to impact on the teachers’ satisfaction.
