본 연구는 유아교사의 감정노동이 행복에 주는 영향에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산 및 경북 소재 유아교사 282명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 유아교사의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 행복에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하기 위해 Pearson의 상관분석을 실시하였고, 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny (1986)가 제안한 절차에 따라 위계적 회귀분석과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 행복은 유의한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 직무스트레스는 감정노동과 행복의 관계에서 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 내면적 행동을 통해 행복감이 증가하는 과정에서 직무스트레스가 높아지면 행복감이 감소함을 의미하며, 직무스트레스를 매개로 한 교사교육 프로그램 개발에 유용한 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional labor, job stress on happiness in early childhood teacher and finally to examine the mediating effects of job stress between emotional labor and happiness. For this, we conducted survey to ask about those for early childhood teacher in Busan and Kyeung-book region then collected about 282. The collected dates was analyzed using by Pearson's correlation analysis, Hierarchial regression analysis and examining the mediating effects of job stress. The results from this are as follows. First, It revealed that the emotional labor, job stress and happiness of early childhood teacher are related each other. Second, the factor which positively influenced on happiness was the internal behavior and relatedness of the job stress. In conclusion, the process positively considering the competence of happiness for using character strength effectively need to put into the educational program, training for teacher course and also it can help to improve their life satisfaction for early childhood teachers.
