This study aims to investigate the awareness and its relevant factors of Healthy Family Support Center (HFSC) and Multicultural Family Support Center (MFSC) and examine associations between the awareness and parenting stress and perceived family healthiness. We selected data of 7,816 ever-married respondents from 2015 National Family Survey, which is a nationally representative data set. We found that 33.19% and 48.97% of all respondents know of HFSC and MFSC, respectively. While the proportions of those who know of the centers increased compared to the 2010 National Family Survey, more than half of the respondents still does not know of the centers. From the logit analysis, we found that females than male, high school or college graduates than middle school graduates, those who have adolescent children are more likely to know of the centers. Those who aged 40 to 60s are more likely to know of HFSC and those who reside in rural areas are more likely to know of MFSC. Finally, the awareness of HFSC is negatively associated with parenting stress and the awareness of MCFC is positively associated with perceived family healthiness. These results support that the centers have been contributing to reducing parenting stress and enhancing family healthiness by providing reliable services and programs to local resident families. The results imply that it would be effective to have a targeted approach to females with adolescent children as a primary interest group. Federal and local governments need to expand services and programs so that more local families can benefit from the centers
