본 연구에서는 어린이집 교사의 CCTV에 대한 인식과 그로 인해 야기되는 이직의 전 단계인 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 어린이집 교사의 CCTV 인식이 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 소진의 매개 역할을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 J지역 민간 및 국공립 어린이집 교사 323명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이 중 응답에 누락이 있거나 불성실하게 응답한 23명을 제외한 총 300명의 자료가 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석에서, 어린이집 교사의 CCTV에 대한 인식이 부정적일수록 교사의 이직의도와 소진이 높았으며, 소진이 높을수록 이직의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 중다회귀분석에서, CCTV 인식의 4가지 하위요인 영유아권리보장, 교사권리보장, 심리적반응 및 기관운영개선기대 중 심리적반응만이 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, CCTV 인식 4가지 하위요인 영유아권리보장, 교사권리보장, 심리적반응 및 기관운영개선기대 모두와 이직의도 간의 관계에서 소진의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 어린이집 교사의 CCTV 인식이 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 소진이 매개변인의 역할을 분석한 연구로, CCTV 연구 분야에 이론적 지식기반의 확장과 연구적 접근의 다양화를 시도해 보았다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of burnout between the child care teachers' CCTV perception and turnover intention. In this study, the CCTV perception and turnover intention are selected as independent and dependent variable respectively. And then the burnout is selected as moderator. For data collecting, 300 child care teachers who are working for nursery school in Jeju are involved. The major findings are as follows: First, the child care teachers' CCTV perception shows significantly negative effect on turnover intention. Moreover, the child care teachers' CCTV perception shows significantly negative effect on burnout and the burnout shows significantly positive effect on turnover intention. In regression analysis, only psychological response among 4 subfactors of CCTV perception has an effect on the turnover intention. Finally, it is revealed that the burnout plays a role as mediator between the child care teachers' CCTV perception and turnover intention. This study is important in illuminating that the child care teachers' CCTV perception has an effects on burnout and turnover intention and in extending research field on CCTV.
