[영문]A theoretical model linking potential protective factors (hardiness, coworker and supervisor support) to the outcomes of work stress and job satisfaction was tested in a sample of governmental and high-tech workers. Results indicated the overall fit of the model was strong and the predictor variables accounted for a substantial amount of the variance for both work stress and job satisfaction.
