바우처방식의 사회서비스에 대한 만족도를 분석한 기존 연구들은 연구대상이 제한적이거나, 프로그램의 특성을 세부적으로 분석하지 않았거나, 또는 보건의료관련 프로그램에 대한 세분화된 분석이부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 인천광역시 지역사회서비스투자사업 이용자를 대상으로 한 조사를 활용하여 비(非)보건의료 관련 프로그램과 보건의료 관련 프로그램의 이용자 만족도 및 보건의료관련 프로그램 중 상담심리프로그램과 신체활동프로그램 이용자의 만족도를 비교분석하고, 보건의료관련 프로그램의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 2014년 7월 인천광역시 지역사회서비스투자사업 이용자 7,156명 중26.9%인 1,925명을 대상으로 제공되는 서비스에 대한 만족도(제공자 친절성, 제공자 제공능력, 서비스 내용, 전반적 만족도) 설문조사 결과를 이용자의 인구사화학적 특성을 기준으로 집단간 비교분석을 하고, 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인에 대하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 보건의료관련 프로그램의 만족도가 비(非)보건의료관련 프로그램과 비교하여 유의미하게 높았다. 둘째, 보건의료관련 프로그램 중 신체활동프로그램에 대한 만족도가 상담심리프로그램에 대한 만족도보다 유의미하게 높았다. 셋째, 보건의료관련 프로그램에서 이용자를 구분할 경우노인qqqgt;아동청소년qqqgt;장애인qqqgt;일반인의 순서로 만족도가 유의미하게 높았다. 넷째, 보건의료관련 프로그램의 이용자 중 19세 미만 경우 미취학아동(0~5세)qqqgt;초등학생(6~11세)qqqgt;중·고등학생(12~18세)의순서로 만족도가 유의미하게 높았다. 또한, 다중회귀분석 결과, 보건의료관련 프로그램의 경우 이용자의 특성(노인)과 연령이 제공자의 친절성과 제공능력 만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 주는 요인으로, 신체활동프로그램의 경우 이용자의 특성(노인)이 4가지 만족도 전체에 유의미한 영향을 주는 요소로확인되었다. This study examined the telephone surveys for the participants of the various programs in the Community Social Services Investment(CSSI) in Incheon. It made a comparison of consumer satisfaction between the participants of various programs of the CSSI. The participants of the health-care-related programs (vs. non health-care-related programs) and those of the physical activity programs (vs. of the psychological support programs) had higher levels of customer satisfaction in statistical approach. Next the study analyzed f actors affecting consumer satisfaction in the two participants groups of the health-care-related programs and of the physical activity programs. After multiple regression analysis, the age (especially, under 19 years old) and the old-aged were found as the decisive affecting factors for the degree of consumer satisfaction in the Community Social Services Investment(CSSI) in Incheon.
