디지털화의 급속한 진전은 우리 경제․사회를 비롯한 전 영역에 걸쳐 여러 가지 중요한 변화를 가져올 것을 예고하고 있다. 디지털화에 따른 노동세계의 변화는 우리에게 두 가지의 당면과제를 안겨준다. 하나는 디지털화에 따른 변화에 적절히 대처함으로써 지속적으로 국제경쟁력을 유지하는 것이고, 다른 하나는 디지털화로 인해 노동에 부정적인 효과가 발생한다 하더라도 이것이 오로지 일하는 사람의 부담이나 희생을 바탕으로 하는 것이 아니어야 한다는 점이다. 이러한 점에서 디지털시대의 노동에서도 일자리×노동의 존엄이라는 콜라보레이션(collaboration)은 반드시 유지․달성되어야 할 목표가 된다. 이 글은 디지털시대 노동의 과제를 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이와 관련하여 디지털화가 노동에 가져올 변화 및 과제로서 디지털시대에 일자리는 어떻게 될 것인가의 문제, 근로장소 및 근로시간을 포함한 일하는 방식의 변화 문제, 디지털화가 새로이 제기할 안전보건의 문제, 디지털화에 따라 나타나고 있는 새로운 고용형태의 문제를 고찰하고 이에 대한 정책적 대응방안을 제시하였다. There is no doubt that the digitalization leads to profound changes in almost all areas of economic and social life. Digitalization poses a twofold challenge in the field of business and work. On the one hand, we must successfully manage digital change and insist on international competition. On the other hand, it must be ensured that this change does not take place on the backs of the employees and their concerns are not neglected. In view of the already occurring and still to be expected profound changes of the working world through the digitalization, an active policy making, which is oriented on both goals, is needed. This article aims to find the challenges of work in the digital age. In this context, this paper deals with the questions, in which areas there are specific challenges to labor law, whether there is a need for political action, and in which direction any changes are to be made.
