[영문]In this era of aging society, the elderly are trapped in poverty with socio-economic changes and income decreases, feeling a desperate need to be hired. The Korean government is rolling up their sleeves in performing the senior employment projects both to meet the social expectations and boost the ever-reducing potential growth rate. In this sense, this paper made researches on the qqqquot;senior employment programsqqqquot; under the terms of social welfare policy analysis. The conclusion shows that allocated budget on the project should be expanded ; a well-defined network among organizations concerned are needed with the role of an organization controlling the whole process strengthened ; more various jobs should be created ; more funds should be put on training courses to nurture experts and skilled workers ; objective standards of evaluation should be set.
