연구목적: 본 연구는 발달장애학생 부모가 자녀의 진로발달을 돕고 자녀의 진로 목표를 합리적으로 지원하는데 활용할 수 있는 부모의 진로지원행동 평가 문항을 개발하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 발달장애학생 부모의 진로지원행동 평가 문항을 개발하기 위해 선행 연구 고찰, 부모 그룹 면담, 전문가 패널을 통한 1·2차 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 선행 연구 고찰과 부모 그룹 면담을 통해 6개 영역과 64개의 예비 문항을 구성하였고, 1·2차 델파이 조사를 통해 6개 영역, 60개 문항이 최종 확정되었다. 발달장애학생 부모의 진로지원행동 평가 문항의 영역은 ‘자녀의 진로를 위한 정보 수집’, ‘자녀에게 진로 정보 제공’, ‘자녀의 지역사회 참여 지원’, ‘자녀의 일상생활기술 지도’, ‘자녀의 자기결정기술 지도’, ‘자녀의 심리·정서적 지지’로 구성되었다. 결론: 후속 연구에서는 발달장애학생 부모의 진로지원의 실제적인 동향을 파악해 볼 필요가 있으며, 발달장애학생 부모의 진로지원행동 평가 문항에 대한 구성타당도를 확인하고, 실제 구성된 척도를 연구해 볼 필요가 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop career support behavior for parents of evaluation items which help parents of students with developmental disabilities to support the career development as well as the career goals for their children. Method: This study was conducted through previous studies, parent group interviews, and the first and second Delphi surveys on a panel of experts to develop career support behavior for parents of evaluation items for students with developmental disabilities. Results: Based on the review of literature and parent group interviews, six categories and 64 items questions were constructed. The first and second Delphi surveys were used to classify the results into six categories and 60 items which were, ‘collecting information on the career for the children’, ‘providing career information to their children’, ‘supporting the participation in their social-community lives’, ‘teaching daily life skills’, ‘teaching self-determination skills’, and ‘supporting their children in a psychological and emotional way’. Conclusion: In the follow - up study, it is necessary to understand the trends in career support behaviors of parents of students with developmental disabilities. As well, it is required to consider the construct validity of the questionnaires of career support behavior for parents with students with developmental evaluation items and to study the measures in practice.
