본 연구는 재활보조공학 기기를 이용한 장애인 근로자와 고용주를 대상으로 보조공학기기가 장애인의 실제적인 업무수행과 고용주의 만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 비교분석함으로써 장애인의 고용활성화를 위한 함의를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 재활보조공학 지원제도에 대한 장애인 근로자와 사업체의 보조공학기기와 지원 사업에 대한 인식의 차이를 분석하기 위해 붓스트랩 대응표본 검정을 하였다. 이를 위해 장애인고용공단 고용개발원의 ‘2013년 보조공학기기 및 서비스 만족도 조사’ 중 사업체와 장애인근로자가 매칭되는 170 사례를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 분석결과, 전반적으로 장애인 근로자 보다 사업체의 만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 보조공학기기 만족도는 차이가 없었으나, 보조공학기기 지원 서비스 와 재활보조공학기기 지원제도에 관한 만족도는 장애인 근로자 보다 사업체의 만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 또한, 보조공학기기를 활용한 결과 장애인 근로자의 업무수행 향상, 즉 작업수행 정확도, 작업수행 속도․시간, 생산성 향상에 미치는 영향은 사업주와 장애인근로자 모두 긍정적인 것으로 인식하였다. 이러한 결과는 재활보조공학 지원제도가 짧은 기간에 안정적으로 정착하였으며 장애인과 사업체 모두 만족한다는 것을 나타낸다. 향후 장애인 고용 확대와 생산성 증대를 위해 보조공학제도가 활성화되고 보급 확대에 노력을 기울여야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to present the implications for activating employment of the disabled people by analyze and compares the disabled people's work performance and the employer' satisfaction about the disabled workers who use an assistive technology devices. To analyze the differences in assistive technology support system for the disabled workers and employer's awareness of assistive technology devices, we used the correspondence bootstrap samples method. We utilize the matching employer and the disabled worker 170 cases in the 2013 assistive technology devices and services satisfaction survey of the Employment Development Institute. As a result, overall satisfaction of businesses was higher than the disabled workers. There was no difference in satisfaction of assistive technology devices, but employer's satisfaction of support services related to assistive technology devices and assistive technology devices support systems was higher than the satisfaction of the disabled workers. And, As a result, both the employers and the disabled workers were positively perceived the utilizing effect of assistive technology devices, ie, assistive technology devices impact on the improvement of the disabled workers's work performance, Working accuracy, working speed and Timing, the impact on productivity improvements. These results imply that the assistive technology support programs had stable settlement in a short period of time and both the disabled workers and the employers are satisfied. The implication is that we have to effort to expand the disabled workers's employment and to increase productivity therefore we suggest that the expansion of spread on assistive technology system
