장애인의 근로 능력에 대한 정확한 선별을 위하여「직업기능스크리닝 검사」의 진단적 효율성을 탐색하였다. 장애인의 직업적 장애에 대한 변별은 현재 장애인 복지법 상에 제시되는 의학적 준거를 기반으로 하고 있으나, 의학적 준거는 실제 작업 환경의 특성을 융통성 있게 반영하지 못한다는 한계를 지닌다. 연구방법: 장애인 734명을 장애인복지법에 따른 장애 등급판정 기준에 따라 중증장애와 경증장애로 분류함과 동시에,「직업기능스크리닝 검사」의 결과에 따라 직업적 장애분류를 직업적 중증장애와 직업적 경증장애로 구분하였다. 그리고 「직업기능스크리닝 검사」상의 진단적 평가의 정확성을 검증하기 위하여 로지스틱 회귀분석 및 ROC곡선 분석 및 AUC 지표값을 평가하였다. 연구결과: 특히 직업적 경증 장애로 분류되는 개인이라 하더라도 상당수가 장애인 복지법 상에서는 중증 장애로 분류되는 등 기존의 분류방식은 그 한계를 나타났다. 또한 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 「직업기능스크리닝 검사」의 예측타당도를 알아본 결과 「직업기능스크리닝 검사」는 실제 직업적 장애 판별에 있어 유용한 도구인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 ROC 곡선 분석을 통한 「직업기능스크리닝 검사」의 진단적 효율성 탐색 결과 「직업기능스크리닝 검사」는 직업적 장애 진단을 위한 단일 도구로서의 한계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 결론/시사점: 직업적 장애에 대한 진단을 위해서는 보다 다중의 절차를 통한 접근이 요구됨을 알 수 있다. 또한 장애인의 직업적 장애 선별을 위한 검사도구로서 「직업기능스크리닝 검사」의 의미와 그 활용가능성을 모색하였다. To investigate diagnostic effectiveness of the 「Vocational Function Screening Test」to screen for working ability of disabilities. The test has meaning to identify vocational disabilities. Also, we investigate diagnostic effectiveness of Vocational Function Screening Test has meaning for step of test validation. Method: This study was conducted with 734 individuals with disabilities. Analysing data, researchers distinguished moderate disabilities and mild disabilities based on the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act. And then, by using results of Vocational Function Screening Test, we identified individuals with vocational moderate disabilities and vocational mild disabilities. Analysing this study, researcher used logistic regression and ROC curve and AUC. Results:There is limitation that even though individuals with disabilities is diagnosed as vocational mild disabilities, lots of them identify moderate disabilities in the Welfare Act for individuals with disabilities. The Test shows useful test to identify vocational disabilities by analysing logistic regression. However, the test has limitation to identify diagnostic effectiveness by analysing ROC and AUC analysis. Conclusion/Implications:Identifying vocational abilities needs to approach with various information for people. According to the result, we investigate meaning and applicability of the Vocational Function Screening Test to identify vocational disabilities.
