목적: 세차원 직무는 지적장애 및 자폐성장애를 포함하는 발달장애인을 위한 직업 영역으로 계속적으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 다중요소중재를 활용한 지역사회 참조 교수 형태의 직업교육이 전공과에 재학 중인 발달장애 성인의 세차직무 수행과 직무 수행 과정에서의 자기결정행동 발생 빈도 향상에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법: 특수학교의 전공과 과정에 재학 중인 16명의 발달장애 성인이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 본 연구는 단일집단 사전-사후설계를 이용하여, 사전 평가, 중재, 사후 평가로 구분하여 실행되었으며, 중재 효과의 통계학적 검증은 대응표본 t검정이 적용되었다. 연구결과: 연구 참여자들은 사전 평가에 비해서 사후 평가에서 세차직무 수행도가 향상되었으며, 직무 수행 과정에서 관찰되는 자기결정행동의 향상 효과도 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 더불어 특수교육 전문가들과 연구 참여자들은 모두 본 중재의 사회적 타당도가 적합하며 교육 현장에서 실행 가능한 것으로 평가하였다. 결론: 본 연구의 독립변인 중재 프로그램은 특수학교의 전공과 과정에 재학 중인 발달장애 성인에게 세차직무를 교육하기 위한 효과적이면서도 현실적으로 실행 가능한 실제로 고려될 수 있음을 제안하였다. 또한 단일집단 사전-사후설계가 갖는 문제점 등을 포함한 연구의 한계점과 이를 바탕으로 한 후속연구를 위한 제언이 포함되었다. Purpose: The car wash job is receiving a attention by way of the new vocational field for individuals with developmental disabilities containing in intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of community referenced vocational education program applied multiple components intervention on the car wash job-skills performance and self-determination behaviors of adults with developmental disabilities. Method: Sixteen participants with developmental disabilities participated in this one group pretest-posttest design research. This experiment was carried out the following 3 phases: pretest, intervention, and posttest. Results: The car wash job-skills performances and self-determination behaviors of participants were improved more in the posttest than in the pretest phase. Furthermore, the participants of this study considered the intervention to be acceptable and feasible. Conclusion: Findings from this study indicate that the community referenced vocational education program applied multiple components intervention can be considered as an effective and realistic practice to educate the job-skills of the car wash worker for adults with developmental disabilities containing in intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
