목적: 산재근로자의 산재재활서비스 욕구를 유형화하고 유형을 설명하는 요인을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 잠재프로파일분석((Latent Profile Analysis)을 이용하여 유형화한 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 설명요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 산재재활서비스 욕구 유형은 무관심형, 저욕구형, 재취업욕구형, 사회복귀형, 고욕구형 등 5가지 유형이 도출되었다. 산재재활서비스 욕구 유형은 나이, 성별, 학력, 혼인상태, 장해유무, 장해등급, 근로기간, 재활서비스이용여부, 요양기간에 따라 달리 설명되는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점: 요양 초기에 산재재활서비스에 대해 홍보를 집중할 필요가 있고, 첫 재활서비스 이용 경험이 후속 재활서비스 욕구나 이용의 마중물과 같은 역할을 함을 의미한다. Purpose: This study aims categorization of the needs of industrial-accident rehabilitation of industrial-accident workers and the analysis of need type characteristics. Method: The analysis of explanation factors by using the latent profile analysis and through the categorized multiple logistic regression. Results: We’ve categorized five types of industrial-accident services, such as indifference, low-need, need of reemployment, returning to society, and high-need. Also, it is found that these types are different from different age, sex, education, marriage, handicap, level of handicap, employment period, use of rehabilitation service, and period of medical treatment. Conclusion: These results indicate the importance of facilitating the rehabilitation service at the beginning stage and of the first experience of rehabilitation service to the needs of following services and uses.
