연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 장애인의 경제적 노후준비가 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하고 이질적인 특성을 지닌다는 것을 고려하여 어떠한 변화궤적 유형들로 나타나는지를 확인하고, 이에 영향을 미치는 예측요인들을 Andersen의 모델에 따라 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 장애인고용패널 2차년도부터 8차년도까지 총 7개년의 자료를 활용하였다. 잠재계층성장분석을 통해 장애인의 경제적 노후준비 종단변화궤적 유형을 확인하였으며, 각 유형에 따른 예측요인들의 영향력을 검증하기 위해 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석에 사용된 대상자는 총 3487명이다. 연구결과: 분석결과 장애인의 경제적 노후준비 종단변화궤적 유형은 노후준비초기시작집단, 비노후준비집단, 노후준비지속집단, 노후준비감소집단, 노후준비중도시작집단으로 분류되었으며, 교육, 배우자유무, 장애정도, 장애유형, 소득, 취업유무, 주택소유유무, 기초생활수급유무, 일상생활능력, 사회경제적 수준이 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로 확인되었다. 결론 또는 시사점: 이러한 연구결과들을 바탕으로 장애인의 경제적 노후준비를 향상시킬 수 있는 차별화되고 구체적인 대응방안과 실제적인 제언을 제시하였다. Purpose or Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the trajectories of economic preparations for the aging among people with disabilities and to identify the related predictors according to the Andersen model. Method: The data for this study used Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled covering from the second years to the second to the eighth wave. Latent class growth model was employed to explore the trajectories of economical preparations for the aging among people with disabilities and multinominal logistic regression was conducted to identify the significant predictors. A total of 3,847 participants were analyzed. Results: As a result, five classes were identified: early start preparation increase group, non-preparation group, continuous preparation group, preparation decrease group, and middle start preparation increase group. Each group was found to be associated deferentially with education level, presence of spouse, disability grade, type of disability, family income, employment, home ownership, national basic livelihood security recipient status, ADL, and socioeconomic status. Conclusion or Implications: These findings proposed the practical and political implications for the strategies concerned with facilitating the economic preparations for the aging among the disabled.
