The article discusses team performance and states that establishing and maintaining team boundaries by defining roles and tasks ensures that team members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations. Code teams and rapid response teams are highly effective and team stability characterized by a workforce with low turnover, is also discussed as a predictor of team effectiveness. It was concluded that team learning and emotional support are predictors of team effectiveness.
