The Expansion of welfare benefits supporting vulnerable and underserved groups is the best policy to prevent welfare blind spots. The government has derived various policy alternatives to avoid accidents related to welfare blind spots. Still, it is simultaneously experiencing difficulties in 'finding' and 'supporting' vulnerable and underserved populations. To respond to the welfare blind spot problem, this study suggests expanding the system for 'supporting' and linking welfare benefits rather than focusing on 'finding.
