오늘날 중학생을 비롯한 청소년에게 있어 인터넷은 필수적인 실용의 도구일 뿐만 아니라 다양한 문제행동을 야기하는 야누스적인 매체로 평가된다. 최근 여러 선행연구는 청소년의 인터넷 중독과 사이버 비행의 심각성을 경고하고 있음과 동시에 이 문제에 대한 근본적인 해결책은 인터넷 윤리의식의 확립에 있음을 밝히고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 인터넷 중독, 인터넷 윤리, 사이버 비행 사이의 인과관계를 검증하고, 특히 인터넷 중독과 사이버 비행 사이에서의 인터넷 윤리의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 건전한 인터넷 이용과 관련된 이론적·실천적 함의를 도출하는 데 있다. 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통해 인터넷 윤리가 인터넷 중독과 사이버 비행 간의 관계를 매개한다는 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 이어서 G광역시의 중학생 498명으로부터 수집된 설문조사 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의 인터넷 중독 성향이 강할수록 사이버 비행의 정도가 심해진다. 둘째, 중학생의 인터넷 중독 성향이 강할수록 인터넷 윤리수준이 낮아진다. 셋째, 중학생의 인터넷 윤리수준이 높을수록 사이버 비행은 줄어든다. 넷째, 인터넷 윤리는 인터넷 중독과 사이버 비행 간의 관계에서 부분매개변수로 기능하고 있다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 중학생의 건전한 인터넷 이용을 조장하고 사이버 비행을 예방 또는 감소시키기 위한 이론적·실천적·정책적 함의를 논의하였다.;The number of Internet users is increasing dramatically. The Internet has become a vital tool for many Korean adolescents today. However, in spite of its merits, the Internet does pose some serious problems including cyber delinquency. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between Internet addiction and cyber delinquency among middle school students and to test the mediating effect of Internet ethics in this relationship. Following a previous literature review, a structured, self-administered questionnaire was developed. A total of 498 copies of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS 13.0. The results of the study are as follows; (1) Internet addiction could have a positive effect on cyber delinquency; (2) Internet addiction has a direct relationship with Internet ethics; (3) Internet ethics have an inverse relationship with cyber delinquency; and (4) Internet ethics could be a mediating variable between Internet addiction and cyber delinquency. A number of recommendations were made in relation to preventing and alleviating Internet addiction and cyber delinquency among middle school students.
본 연구의 목적은 보육교사를 대상으로 직무만족과 이직의사 간의 인과관계를 탐구하고 그 사이에서 정서적 고갈과 조직몰입이 매개변수의 역할을 하는지 규명하며, 더 나아가 보육교사의 직무만족을 제고시키고 이직의사를 낮춤으로써 보육서비스의 질적 향상을 제고하는데 기여할 수 있는 이론적·실천적 함의를 도출하는 데 있다. G광역시에 소재하는 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사 집단으로부터 수집된 328부의 설문지를 대상으로 구조방정식을 이용한 연구모형의 검증 등 통계분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 직무만족, 정서적 고갈, 조직몰입은 각각 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 직무만족은 정서적 고갈과 조직몰입에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 정서적 고갈과 조직몰입은 각각 직무만족과 이직의사 사이의 관계를 매개하고 있다. 끝으로, 이상의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 이직의사에 예방적으로 대처하기 위한 이론적·실천적 함의를 논의하였다.;The purpose of the present study was to investigate the causal relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention among childcare teachers, to test the mediating effects of emotional exhaustion and organizational commitment, and to draw out theoretical and practical implications in terms of reducing the level of childcare teachers’ turnover intention. A convenient sampling was taken of childcare teachers in G Metropolitan City. A total of 328 questionnaires were used in the statistical analyses. A proposed structural model to childcare teachers’ turnover intention had also been identified to have a structural explanation for the aforementioned relationships. The results of the study were as follows. First, job satisfaction, emotional exhaustion, organizational commitment could have a significant effect on turnover intention respectively. Second, job satisfaction could have a significant effect on both emotional exhaustion and organizational commitment respectively. Third, emotional exhaustion and organizational commitment could be a mediating variable between job satisfaction and turnover intention respectively. Finally, theoretical and practical implications were also discussed.
본 연구는 일반 성인을 대상으로 요양보호사 양성교육에 참여하기 이전 효도에 대한 태도의 수준을 측정하고, 요양보호사 양성교육이 효도에 대한 태도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 탐구하며, 나아가 요양보호사 양성교육을 통한 효 의식의 제고가 돌봄서비스 강화와 관련하여 시사하는 바가 무엇인지 이해하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통해 공식돌봄과 비공식 돌봄의 관계와 의미를 탐구하였다. 또한 G광역시의 요양보호사 양성기관 2개소에 등록한 성인남녀들로부터 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 202부를 대상으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요양보호사 양성교육 참여자의 효도에 대한 태도는 개인특성변인과 사회복지 관련 과목의 수강경험에 따라 어느 정도 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 요양보호사 양성교육은 효도에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 요양보호사 양성교육의 개선방안이 논의되었으며, 공식 돌봄 인력을 대상으로 비공식 돌봄의 가치인 효 의식을 함양시켜야 할 당위성과 함의 등이 언급 되었다. 특히 요양보호사 교육과정에서의 효 교육은 공식돌봄 영역에 자리할 수 있는 개인주의, 인종주의, 종교적 배타성 등의 병폐를 극복하는 데 기여할 것이라는 의견이 제시되었다.;The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting attitudes toward filial piety among participants in long-term caregivers education courses and to examine the causal relationship between participation in long-term caregivers education courses9 and their attitudes toward filial piety. Following a literature review, a questionnaire was developed. A set of questionnaires(n=202) were analyzed using SPSS WIN 14.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, individual characteristics such as socio-demographic variables appeared to be associated with the level of perceptions of filial piety. Second, long-term caregivers education had a positive effect on attitudes toward filial piety. Based on the results of the study, the relationship between public and private eldercare was discussed. Finally, implications for enhancing attitudes toward filial piety among participants in long-term caregivers education courses were discussed.
