공공조직내 사회복지전문직인 사회복지직과 일반 행정직렬간의 직렬통합 문제가 이슈화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직렬통합 논의가 가진 여러 가지 쟁점사항을 정리하고자 하였다. 우선, 이론적 배경을 검토하였고, 연구방법으로 사회복지전담공무원 모임인 한국사회복지행정연구회 내 사이트의 게시글 22개와 댓글 310개를 분석하였다. 직렬통합과 관련된 찬성과 반대 의견의 쟁점사항을 정리하였고, 이에 대한 함의를 검토하였으며, 관련 문제와 과제를 정리하였다. 연구결과는 공공사회복지전달체계에서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있는 사회복지전담공무원의 미래 진로와 그로 인한 사회복지의 여러 영향과 관련해서 시사점을 제시할 것으로 기대된다. It is issued about integration problem between public social workers and general official. In this study, I want to analyze a number of issues with the integration in terms of social welfare. First of all, I examined the theoretical background. In research methods, I analyzed 22 writings and 310 comments about lively debate in public social workers. I summarized pros and cons associated with the integration, reviewed validity and implication, made ​​out related issues and task. Results are expected to be present implication to public social workers plays an important role in the public social welfare delivery system and the various impact to social welfare sector.
