본 연구는 사회복지사의 노동권 확보를 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 사회복지사가 자신의 노동권과 관련된 문제를 주체적으로 해결할 수 있는 실질적인 방법들을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현장 사회복지사들을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하여 사회복지사의 노동권과 관련된 문제점과 사회복지사의 노동권 확보를 위한 발전방안을 모색해 보았다. 그 결과 사회복지사로 양성되는 과정에서의 노동권과 관련된 사회복지 교육의 부족, 실천현장에서의 비민주적인 의사소통구조, 사회복지사의 사회적 책임 및 연대의식의 부족이 문제로 제시되었다. 그리고 향후 노동권 확보를 위하여 노력할 부분은 다음과 같다. 먼저 사회복지사 스스로 노동권에 대한 인식이 필요하며 이를 위해서 노동권과 관련된 사회복지 교육이 강화되어야 하고, 사회복지시설의 민주적 의사소통 구조를 확립하고 노동권 침해에 대응할 수 있는 제도가 마련되어야 하며, 사회복지사의 사회적 책임과 사회연대의 강화가 요구된다. This study has a purpose to suggest ways to secure the right to work for social workers and practical methods to solve problems related the right to work which social workers can solve independently. For this, it examined and reviewed a reality of social workers’ labor environments and awareness of the right to work of social workers, related problems and development plans based on FGI result, searched development plans for securing the right to work of social workers. As a result, there are many problems such as lack of social welfare education related to the right to work, undemocratic communication system in fields, lack of social responsibilities and team spirit of social workers in the process to raise social workers. And plans to secure the right to work in the future are for social workers to aware the right to work by themselves, to strengthen social welfare education related to the right to work, to build democratic communication system in social welfare organizations, to operate counseling center for social worker’s rights to work, and to strengthen social responsibilities and social solidarity of social workers.
