이 연구는 사회복지전담공무원들이 겪고 있는 직무수행 곤란함과 그 극복 경험으로부터 그들의 직업 정체성과 전문적 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 4년 이상의 경력이 있는 9명의 사회복지전담공무원들을 대상으로 심층면접을 진행하였으며 수집한 자료를 근거로 사례 내 분석과 사례 간 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 주제는 사례 간 교차 공통주제 총 23개로 분석되고 사례 내 주제 총 112개로 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 사회복지전담공무원의 직무수행 곤란함과 관련해 지역사회 내 주민 및 민간 복지기관들과의 협력체계를 제도적으로 구축해야함을 제시하는 함의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to provide mechanisms that strength the identity of the job and professionalism to social welfare public officers who have difficulty in the duty. To achieve the purpose, reachers collected data through in-depth interviews on 9 social welfare public officials who have the career for the more four years. This study analysis case in case or case of case. As a result of this, The common theme of case in case is 23, the common theme of case of case is 112 in this study. The result for analysis means social welfare public officers difficulty in the duty, needs to establish community residents between private welfare provider.
