[영문]Since the mid 1980s there has been an interest and commitment to holding social administrators accountable for outcomes for consumers. This article reviews research that links management behavior and consumer outcomes. While this research is not experimental or extensive, what exists suggests that supervisory behavior is both positively and negatively associated with outcomes for consumers. In addition, there is a suggestion that organizational and environmental variables are linked to consumer outcomes. The methods used in this body of research hold promise for wider application and increasing the knowledge base of social administration.
