본 연구는 첨단과학기술시대에 요구되는 적정교육으로서 멀티미디어 활용교육이 유아교육에서 적절하게 운영되도록 하기 위해 국내 유아교사들의 교육지침서인 3～5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서 내 멀티미디어 활용교육의 운영방법이 적절히 제시되었는지를 분석하고, 개선방향을 제안하고자 실시되었다. 지도서에 제시된 멀티미디어 활용교육 운영방법의 적절성을 분석하기 위해서 관련 선행연구들이 공통적으로 언급한 멀티미디어 활용교육의 올바른 운영방법 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 3～5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서 총 33권을 수집해 멀티미디어가 활용된 839개의 활동을 추출하여 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 누리과정 교사용 지도서 분석은 연구자와 전문가 2인이 각각 1차 분석하고, 이후 교차 검토하였으며, 향후 상충된 의견을 논의함으로써 합의된 분석결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 제시된 멀티미디어 활용교육의 운영방법이 분석기준으로 볼 때 현장 활용을 위한 지침으로서 부족한 점이 있다고 지적할 수 있었고, 향후 지도서의 수정방향을 논의할 수 있었다. This study aimed to activate the education using multi-media in the field of ECE as the optimum education required for high-tech era. Accordingly, this study analyzed the activities using multi-media which presented in the teacher guide book for 3～5 Nuri Curriculum. A total of 839 activities were extracted and managing methods written in each activity were analyzed. In order to analyze the appropriateness of managing methods, the analysis standards were set based on the relevant theoretical basis. And two experts and a researcher participated in the process of analyzing. Specifically, individuals had analyzed the divided activities according to the age 3～5 first and then, the each result was cross checked. The results indicated that the education using multi-media presented in the teacher guide book was insufficient as a guide. And a few things were suggested for improving the teacher guide book.
