본 연구에서는 영아기 자녀를 둔 가정에 대한 사회적 지원이 어머니의 심리적 특성에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 사회적 지원 관련 변인으로 정서적 지원, 도구적 지원, 정보적 지원, 사교적 지원 변인을 선정하고, 어머니의 심리적 특성관련 변인으로서 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 우울, 양육스트레스를 선정하여, 각 변인들의 관계를 살펴보고 상대적 영향력을 비교, 분석하여 각 변인들 간에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 이를 위31개월 미만의 영아와 그의 부모 1,802가구를 연구대상으로 한 한국아동패널 조사사료 3차(2010)년도 자료를 사용하였다. 연구결과 사회적 지원인 관련 변인으로 정서적, 도구적, 정보적, 사교적 지원은 어머니의 심리적 특성인 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 우울, 양육스트레스에 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 가족 외의 친척이나 친구, 사회복지단체 등으로 받는 정서적인 도움과 양육에 대한 정보, 경제적인 지원들은 어머니의 심리적인 건강과 함께 어머니의 양육행동, 나아가서는 영아의 건강 및 복지까지 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 사실과 함께 사회적 지원망을 확대할 수 있는 정책적 방안의 필요성을 시사한다. In the study, I examined the effects of social support on the psychological characteristics of the mother. Looking at the relationship between the Henin, comparing the relative influence, analyze, and verified the effect on the variable factors between. For this reason, I've used the data of the (2010) year of the third-order panel survey data of Korea children. Results of the study, social support, had an effect on the psychological characteristics of the mother. In the study, information on parenting support and emotional to receive relatives and friends, or social welfare organizations outside the family, financial support, it was confirmed that a positive impact on psychological health of the mother. The study suggests the need for policy measures that can be expanded to support social network, together with the fact that it can affect nursing performance mother, health of infants and welfare.
