이 연구의 목적은 자기회귀교차지연모형을 활용하여 어머니가 지각한 부부갈등, 양육스트레스, 우울 간의 상보적 인과관계를 종단적으로 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널의 1차부터 4차까지 4개년도의 종단자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 네 시점에 걸쳐 부부갈등, 양육스트레스, 우울의 자기회귀계수를 측정한 결과, 이전 시점의 부부갈등, 양육스트레스, 우울이 각각 이후 시점의 부부갈등, 양육스트레스, 우울에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부부갈등, 양육스트레스, 우울의 교차회귀계수를 측정한 결과, 이전 시점의 부부갈등이 이후 시점의 우울에 계속적으로 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 이전 시점의 우울은 이후 시점의 부부갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이전 시점의 부부갈등은 이후 시점의 양육스트레스에, 이전 시점의 양육스트레스는 이후 시점의 부부갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이전 시점의 양육스트레스는 이후 시점의 우울에 계속적으로 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 이전 시점의 우울은 이후 시점의 양육스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the longitudinal causal relationship among mothers’ perception of marital conflict, parenting stress, and depression using autoregressive cross-lagged modeling. In the present study, 4-year longitudinal data being collected by KCYPS(Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey) since 2008 were used and the main findings of this study were as follows. First, the previous mothers’ perception of marital conflict, parenting stress, and depression had a significant effect on subsequent mothers’ perception of marital conflict, parenting stress, and depression respectively over time. Second, prior marital conflict had a significant influence on depression, whereas prior depression did not significantly predict marital conflict. This means that as prior marital conflict increased, their depression intensified later on; however, marital conflict was not increased by depression. Moreover, prior parenting stress had a significant effect on depression while prior depression did not predict parenting stress. However, a longitudinal reciprocal relationship was not existent between marital conflict and parenting stress.
