본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 수행된 보육실습 관련 연구들의 동향을 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 2003년부터 2016년 현재까지 발표된 보육실습 관련 학술지 논문 66편이었으며, 연구시기, 연구대상, 연구유형 및 자료수집방법, 연구주제 및 내용에 따른 동향을 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구시기에 따라서는 2003년부터 보육실습 관련 논문이 학술지에 본격적으로 발표되기 시작하여 2009년에 가장 많은 수가 발표되었으며, 현재까지 지속적으로 관련 연구가 수행되고 있다. 둘째, 연구대상에 따라서는 예비보육교사를 대상으로 한 논문이 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구유형은 질적 연구가 가장 많이 수행되었으며, 심층면담, 반성적 저널, 실습일지 등의 자료수집방법이 사용되었다. 넷째, 연구주제와 내용에 따라서는 예비보육교사의 자질함양과 관련된 논문이 가장 많았다. 이와 같은 보육실습 연구 동향의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 보육실습 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하였으며, 효율적인 보육실습 운영을 위해 예비보육교사에 대한 지원과 기관 및 대학의 긴밀한 협조체계가 필요함을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze recent trends in research on childcare practice. The 66 articles related to childcare practice were selected from Korean academic journals and analyzed according to the time of publication, subject, type of research, method of data collection, and category of topics. The major tendencies of studies on childcare practice were as follows. First, the first studies were carried out in 2003 and the largest number of studies was conducted in 2009. Second, pre-service teachers were most frequently investigated. Third, qualitative studies were prevalent and interview, journals, and daily records of teaching practice were used as methods of data collection. Fourth, the most popular topic was the cultivation of teacher qualification. The implications for effective childcare practice and the suggestions for future studies were discussed.
