본 연구의 목적은 아버지의 양육스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고, 동시에 일반스트레스의 영향인과 비교하는데 있다. 본 연구는 아버지의 양육스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 다음 6요인, 즉 배우자 양육지원, 배우자 심리지원, 사회양육지원, 사회심리지원, 업무효능감, 자녀수를 설정하여 검토하였다. 연구대상은 영유아기의 자녀를 양육하고 있는 아버지 301명을 대상으로 하였으며, 이들의 평균 연령은 38.40세였다. 연구결과, 아버지의 양육스트레스에는 6요인 가운데 배우자 심리지원 및 아버지의 업무효능감이 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 두 요인은 아버지의 일반스트레스에도 동일하게 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 앞으로 아버지의 양육스트레스 해소와 관련된 지원 전략의 수립이나 연구를 해나갈 때 새로운 제안이나 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing father's parenting stress and to compare it with those of general stress. This study examined the factors influencing father's parenting stress by setting the following 6 factors: spouse support, spouse psychological support, social support, social psychological support, work efficacy, and number of children. The subjects of this study were 301 fathers who were raising children of infants and young children. Their average age was 38.40. As a result, it was found that father's psychological support and father's work efficacy significantly influenced father's parenting stress. These two factors had the same effect on the father's general stress. The results of this study are expected to suggest a new proposal or direction when establishing or studying the support strategy related to the father's parenthood stress relief.
