본 연구는 보육교사의 교직윤리의식과 교직인성이 교직전문성 인식에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울시와 경기도 지역의 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 279명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 보육교사의 교직윤리의식, 교직인성, 교직전문성 인식은 모두 높게 나타났으나 다른 두 변인에 비해 교직전문성 인식은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 교직윤리의식, 교직인성, 교직전문성 인식 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 있었으며, 하위요인 간 상관도 대체로 유의하였다. 셋째, 교직전문성 인식에 미치는 독립변인들의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 교직인성의 하위요인인 소명의식인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 보육의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 보육교사 관련 요인들 간의 관계와 영향력을 분석했다는데 의미가 있으며 보육교사의 전문성을 향상을 위한 시사점을 제공한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of child care teachers' teaching ethics and personality on the recognition of teaching professionalism. For this purpose, 279 child care teachers working day care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed. ollected data were analyzed descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows First, ethics of teaching, teacher personality, and the recognition of teaching professionalism were all high, but the recognition of teaching professionalism was relatively low compared to the other two variables. Second, there was a statistically significant correlation among ethics of teaching, teacher personality, and the recognition of teaching professionalism. And the correlation between subfactors was generally significant. Third, the factor the greatest influence on the recognition of teaching professionalism the sense of vocation, the subfactor of teaching personality. The study is meaningful that it analyzes the relationship and influence between factors related to childcare teachers’ teaching professionalism and suggests directions to improve the professionalism of child care teachers.
