본 연구는 시니어클럽에 참여하는 노인의 시장형 일자리사업 참여정도가 일자리참여지속의사에 미치는 영향에 있어, 일자리참여만족도가 이들 간에 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 경기도에 있는 시니어클럽에 참여하는 노인 236명을 표집하여 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 노인일자리사업 참여정도는 참여지속의사에 정적(+)인 영향이 있는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 일자리참여만족도 중 기관만족도는 참여정도와 참여지속의사 간을 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 반면, 정서만족도, 경제만족도, 건강만족도, 그리고 동료만족도는 참여정도와 참여지속의사 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 일자리사업에 참여하는 노인의 일자리사업 참여지속의사를 높이기 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of participation satisfaction on the relationship between senior’s participation level of senior employment project by senior club and the intension of participation continuity. To achieve the goal, this study surveyed 236 participants of senior club in Kyunggi province in Korea, and analyzed them. The results of the study were as follows : (1) Participation level of senior employment project was positively influenced on the intension of participation continuity. (2) Agent satisfaction among sub variables of participation satisfaction mediated between participation level of senior employment project and the intension of participation continuity was verified. On the other hand, others such as emotional satisfaction, economic satisfaction, health satisfaction, fellow satisfaction among sub variables of participation satisfaction didn’t mediate between participation level of senior employment project and the intension of participation continuity. Based on the results, it was proposed to improve the intension of participation continuity of the senior employment project.
