본 연구는 간병서비스제도화 시범사업에 참여하여 환자안심병동과 포괄간호서비스병동을 운영하고 있는 종합병원의 환자를 대상으로 간호서비스만족도와 재이용의사를 파악하고 재이용의사에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 향후 정책적 제도화에 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 포괄간호서비스병동 입원환자들의 간호서비스만족도가 유의하게 높게 나타났으며 그다음이 환자안심병동, 일반병동 순이었고, 병원재이용의사에서도 동일한 순으로 나타났다. 환자의 재이용의사에 미치는 영향에서 포괄간호서비스병동환자들의 간호서비스만족도가 재이용의사에 긍정적영향을 미치고 있음이 파악되었다. 본 결과로 볼 때 현재 시범적으로 운영되고 있는 보호자없는병동이 체계적인 전달방법으로 일원화되어 환자측면에서는 간병비의 부담이 없으므로 심리적인 안정속에 빠른 회복과 치유를 주고 간호사에게는 계획적인 간호 및 간병을 제공하게 하여 전문직업인으로서의 자부심을 갖게 하는 제도로 정착되길 기대한다. The purpose of this research is to find out the patients’ satisfaction level ofnursing care and their revisiting intention among general wards, Ansim units, andComprehensive nursing care service wards in two general hospitals. Datacollection was from December 13th, 2013 to January 11th, 2014 and total of 372patients’ data have been used. The results are as follows; first, comparing ofmeans, patients of Comprehensive nursing care service wards’ satisfaction level ofnursing care and their revisiting intention are high significantly. Second, theresults of regression analysis, only patients of Comprehensive nursing care servicewards’ satisfaction level of nursing care affects their revisiting intention significantly. In conclusion, institutionalization must be followed by systematic researches ofhospital with no guardian.
