기후변화는 기상재해, 기온 상승, 가뭄 등을 통하여 다양한 측면에서 사회․경제 구조에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 근로자는 사회․경제를 구성하는 중요한 요인 중의 하나이고, 근로환경의 측면에서 기후변화 영향과 관련된다. 본 연구는 기후변화 영향에 대해 취약해질 수 있는 직종을 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 유사한 근로환경과 조건을 지니는 직종을 중심으로 하여 물리적 위험, 민감도, 역량 측면에서 기후변화에 취약한 직종을 도출하였다. 2011년도 한국근로환경조사를 활용하였으며, 위계적 군집분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과, 한국표준직업분류 소분류 기준 149개 직종 중 32개의 직종이 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 대분류를 기준으로 장치․기계조작 및 조립종사자(15개), 기능원 및 관련기능 종사자(8개), 농림어업 숙련종사자(4개), 단순노무종사자(3개), 전문가 및 관련종사자(2개)에서 취약한 직종이 나타났다. 본 연구는 기후변화를 근로환경과 연계하여 직종의 측면에서 취약한 측면을 논의하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Climate change has various effects on socio-economic structure through climate disaster, heatwave, and drought. Labor is an important factor constructing socio-economic structure and relates to climate change as the perspective of working conditions. This study has the purpose to explore the vulnerable occupations considering climate change impacts. The vulnerable occupation of climate change impacts is analyzed focusing on the physical risks, sensitivity, and capacity. The characteristics of occupations are discussed as the centered on similar working conditions. The Korea working conditions survey of 2011 and the cluster analysis are used. As results, the 32 occupations are vulnerable considering climate change. By the Korea standard classification of occupations, they belong to Equipment, Machine Operating and Assembling Workers(15), Craft and Related Trades Workers(8), Skilled Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Workers(4), Elementary Workers(3), and Professionals and Related Workers(2). This study has some meaning as linking the climate change to working conditions of labor and discussing the occupation and vulnerability.
