본 연구는 장애인의 취업여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2015년 장애인고용패널 데이터(8차년도)를 활용하여 분석하였다. 종속변수는 취업과 미취업으로 구분하였으며 취업을 예측하는 독립변수에는 인구학적 요인, 장애 요인, 차별 요인, 제도적 요인, 인적자본 요인을 투입하였다. 통계분석방법으로는 기술통계와 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 장애인의 취업여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보면, 인구학적 요인 중 남성일수록, 연령이 낮을수록, 건강상태가 좋을수록, 배우자가 있는 경우 취업할 확률이 높았다. 장애 요인 중에서는 장애유형에서 신체외부장애, 감각장애가 신체내부장애보다 취업할 가능성이 높았다. 일상생활도움 필요정도가 낮을수록, 교통수단이용 가능정도가 높을수록 취업할 확률이 높았다. 차별 요인에서는 일상생활상의 차별경험, 구직활동/취업준비시 차별경험이 많을수록 취업할 가능성이 낮았다. 제도적 요인에서는 국민기초생활수급자가 비수급자보다, 사회보험급여가 있을수록 취업할 확률이 낮았다. 인적자본 요인에서는 학력이 낮을수록, 자격증을 보유하는 경우, 대인관계/조직적응능력이 좋을수록, 사적이전소득이 낮을수록 취업할 확률이 높았다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 장애인의 취업관련 함의를 도출하였고, 취업 활성화를 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 장애인의 취업 관련 요인들을 다양한 변인들을 통해 파악해 냄으로써 필요한 기초자료를 제공하였다는데 연구의 의의가 있다. This study aims to analyze and find factors related to employment of persons with disabilities. The study conducted logit regression analysis using the 8th of Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). The results were as follows. First, among demographic variables, sex, age, health, spouse were predictor variables. Second, among disability variables, type of disability, the need to get help from others, the ability to use transportation were predictor variables. Third, among discrimination variables, discrimination in daily living and in seeking job activities were predictor variables. Fourth, among institutional variables, welfare recipients, social insurance recipients were predictor variables. Fifth, among human capital variables, education, certificate of qualification, human relationship/organization adaptation skill, private income support were predictor variables. Upon these research, author discussed the ways and stratigies to increase the employment rate for persons with disabilities.
