연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 장애인의 주관적·객관적 삶의 질에 따른 계층분석과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 연구 자료는 장애인고용패널 조사 2차웨이브 1차년도 데이터를 활용하였다. 총 4,205명의 삶의 질을 Mplus8.0을 이용하여 잠재계층분석, 다집단분석을 실시하였으며 SPSS22.0을 이용하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 삶의 질은 높은 삶의 질, 보통 삶의 질, 낮은 삶의 질로 나누어 볼 수 있었다. 또한 성별, 장애정도, 장애유형에 따라 삶의 질 평균의 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 인구사회학적 요인인 성별, 연령, 장애정도가 삶의 질에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인이며, 자아 존중감, 자기 효능감, 장애수용 등 심리적인 요인이 삶의 질에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인임을 확인하였다. 결론 또는 시사점: 본 결과를 토대로 장애인의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 현재 제도의 필요성을 지지하고 맞춤형 지원과 서비스를 통해 삶의 질을 높이는 것의 중요성 등에 대해 논의하였다. Purpose 또는 Objectives: This study was designed to analyze Latent Class Analysis(LCA) by objective and subjective quality of life of the disabilities and its effects on quality of life. Method: Research data are based on the data of second wave of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). A total of 4,205 persons were analyzed and analyzed the LCA and Multi group analysis using Mplus8.0. Logistic regression was performed using SPSS22.0. Results: The quality of life was divided into high quality of life group, normal quality of life group, and low quality of life group. There were differences in the quality of life means depending on gender, level of disability and type of disability. Logistic regression revealed that the demographic about gender, age, and disability could influence the quality of life. Moreover, psychological factors such as respect, self-efficacy, and acceptance of disabilities can have an influence on the quality of life. Conclusion 또는 Implications: This study supported the need for a current system to improve the quality of life for the disabilities through these results. This study discussed the importance of improving the quality of life through customized support and services.
