본 연구는 국내에서 연구된 장애인을 고용하는 사회적기업과 관련된 13편의 학술지 논문을 대상으로 국내 연구동향을 살펴보았다. 장애인을 고용하는 사회적기업에 관한 국내 연구동향을 살펴보는 것은 장애학생의 진로·직업교육과 관련하여 더욱 발전된 연구주제를 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 장애인을 고용하는 사회적기업에 관한 국내 연구의 개괄적 특징(게재 연도, 연구방법, 조사대상)과 연구주제 및 내용을 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 장애인을 고용하는 사회적기업과 관련된 연구의 주된 주제 및 내용은 장애인 고용 사회적기업의 개념과 현황, 장애인 고용 사회적기업의 직종과 성과, 장애인 고용 사회적기업의 내부자와 외부자의 인식, 장애인 고용 사회적기업의 문제점과 발전방안으로 나타났다. 이러한 주제를 중심으로 분석한 결과, 장애인을 고용하는 사회적기업과 관련한 연구는 다음과 같은 한계점이 있었다. 무엇보다도 장애인을 고용하는 사회적기업에 관한 연구 자체가 많이 부족하였으며, 실증적 연구가 부족하였다. 또한, 특수교육분야에서 이루어진 사회적기업과 관련된 연구를 찾아볼 수 없었다. 따라서 장애인을 고용하는 사회적기업에 관한 연구가 특수교육분야에서 다양한 주제를 통해 활발히 연구되어야 한다는 필요성을 제시하였다. This study investigated the research trends of 13 journal articles regarding social enterprise employing people with disabilities(SEEPD) in Korea. The study had meanings in that the possible research themes related to career and vocational education for students with disabilities could be figured out through looking over the research trends on the SEEPD. The study analyzed the overall characteristics(e.g.: published the year, method of study, and research of object) and research themes and subject matter regarding SEEPD. As the results, the research themes and subject matter regarding SEEPD included the concept of the SEEPD and status, the SEEPD in the profession and performance, the SEEPD in recognition of insiders and outsiders, problems and development strategies of the SEEPD. Based on the results of the study, the study showed the limitations in the research articles on SEEPD. Most of all, the number of the research articles regarding SEEPD was not enough, and the number of the empirical research articles regarding SEEPD was not sufficient. In addition, it was not easy to find research articles on SEEPD in the field of special education. Therefore, it is necessary to study about SEEPD in the area of special education by looking over the diverse research themes.
