본 연구는 장애인의 노후준비가 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 것을목적으로 한다. 노후준비는 한 순간에 이루어지는 것이 아닌 장기적으로 이루어지는 것임에도 불구하고 기존의 연구들은 1차년도 패널자료를 통해 살펴보는 데 그치었다. 그리하여본 연구는 장애인고용패널(PSED) 2차와 7차를 활용하여, 이 중 50세 이상의 장애인을 대상으로 성향점수매칭(PSM)을 통해 이중차이(DD)와 고정효과모델(FE)을 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 이중차이(DD)와 고정효과모델(FE) 모두에서 노후준비를 한 실험집단이 노후준비를 하지 않은 비교집단보다 삶의 만족도가 더 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 장애인의 노후준비를 위한 정책적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify what an effect preparation for old age of people with disability has on their life satisfaction. Although the preparation for old age cannot be immediately completed, but needs long time to be established, the previous researches have examined only the first year panel data. Therefore, this study analyzes people with disability over 50 by using the 2nd and 7th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED)and conducting Double Difference (DD) and Fixed Effect (FE) model through the Propensity Score Matching (PSM). The findings show that the life satisfaction in experiment group is better than that of control group, in both DD and FE model. On the basis of such a result, political and practical implications for the preparation for old age of people with disability are suggested.
