중고물품 판매훈련이 발달장애인의 작업행동평가에 미치는 효과(A Study on the Effectiveness on the Job BehaviorAssessment of the Training for Vocational Skills of People with Developmental Disabilities)

본 연구는 중고물품 판매훈련이 발달장애인의 작업행동평가에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2013년 5월부터 2014년 7월까지 H 장애인복지관 중고물품 판매훈련에 참여한 7명의 성인발달장애인을 대상으로 작업행동평가를 실시하였다. 작업행동평가는 직업인성프로파일(Work Personality Profile)에서 발췌한 문항을 재구성하였으며 단일집단 사전사후 설계를 적용하였다. 연구 결과 작업행동평가의 전체 총점은 사전 80.71점에서 사후 95점으로 14.29점이 증가하였으며 작업역할인식 및 책임성, 감독자와의 관계, 동료와의 관계, 의사표현력, 작업수행능력, 일상생활기술 등 6가지 영역 모두 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study aims to find out the effect of the work behavior of the sale of used goods for vocational training for the people with developmental disabilities. This was to measure the change in work behavior assessment targets seven adults with developmental disabilities who participated in the H Disabled Welfare Center sale of used goods for vocational training from May 2013 until July 2014. In order to measure the change in behavior on the job it was reconstructed using a job behavior assessment scale items Excerpt from the Work Personality profile(WPP). Apply a one-group pretest-posttest design work for them and utilizing work behavioral assessment scale to measure the degree of change in Prior, intermediate, post-assessment scores. Results of study the work behavioral assessment score increased by 14.29 points to 80.71 points after 95 points in the full score. As well as the entire sub-element job roles and responsibilities as recognized, relationship with supervisor, showed that both positive effects on relationships with colleagues, ability to communication skill, ability to work performance, daily living skills .
