목적: 본 연구의 목적은 장애인 직업재활시설의 매출액과 근로장애인의 임금 간의 관계와 이 두 변수에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써 장애인 직업재활시설의 매출과 근로장애인의 임금을 높이는 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 연구방법: 자료 및 표본은 374개소의 장애인 직업재활시설 운영실적 자료이며, 분석은 다변량 잠재성장모형을 활용하였다. 연구결과: 장애인 직업재활시설의 매출액과 근로장애인의 임금에 영향을 미치는 대부분의 변수는 장애인 직업재활시설의 규모와 관련된 변수였다. 결론 및 제언: 장애인의 임금 상승에 있어 가장 중요한 요소는 장애인 직업재활시설의 매출액이며 지속적인 매출액 증가를 위해서는 장애인 직업재활시설이 일정 규모 성장하기까지 지방정부의 환경여건, 장애인의 특성 등을 고려한 생산품 개발 지원 등 정부의 지원이 필요해 보인다. Purposes: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the sales of the disabled vocational rehabilitation facility and the wage of the disabled person and the factors affecting these two variables to find out how to increase the sales of the vocational rehabilitation facility and the wages of the disabled people. Methods: The data and sample were 374 vocational rehabilitation facility operation data, and the multivariate latent growth model were used for the analysis. Results: The conclusions drawn from these procedures are as follows. Most of the variables affecting the sales of vocational rehabilitation facilities and wages of workers with disabilities were variables related to the size of vocational rehabilitation facilities. Conclusion: In order to increase the sales continuously, the most important factor in raising the wage of the disabled is sales of vocational rehabilitation facilities. In order to increase the sales continuously, until the vocational rehabilitation facility grows to a certain scale, it supports the product development considering the environmental condition of the local government, It seems that the government's support is needed.
