연구목적: 임금근로 장애인의 고용유지 의사 결정요인을 분석함으로써 장애인의 고용유지 의사를 향상시킬 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 함의를 제시하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 연구 대상자는 2016년 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 조사자료 중에서 임금근로장애인 1,727명의 데이터를 추출하였고, 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 의사결정나무 분석(CRT)을 하였다 연구결과: 첫째, 고용유지 의사 결정요인 모형의 오분류율은 8.2%, 분류정확성은 91.8%로 높은 수준에서 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 임금근로 장애인이 고용유지 의사를 결정하는 데 있어 주 업무에 대한 전반적 만족도가 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주 업무와 본인의 적성 부합 정도에 따라 고용유지 의사 결정 가능성이 높아지기도 하고 낮아지기도 하는 특성을 보여주었다. 셋째, 주 업무에 대한 전반적 만족도, 주 업무와 본인의 적성 부합정도와 더불어 현 일자리에 대한 전반적 만족도, 근무시작 시기, 장애발생 시기, 주 업무에 대한 전반적 만족도, 혼인상태, 주된 장애유형, 연령범주가 주요 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점: 임금근로 장애인의 고용유지 의사를 높일 수 있는 고용지원 서비스 확대와 장애인 직업재활사업이 효율성 있게 실행되어야 할 것을 제안하였다. Purpose: The aim was to provide political and practical implication to improve job maintenance by analyzing job maintenance intention determinants of wage workers with disabilities. Method: This article used the 2016 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled 2nd Wave and extracted data of 1,727 wage workers with disabilities. CRT(Classification and Regression Trees) algorithm was conducted using SPSS 23.0. Results: First, the model(of job maintenance intention determinants)’ error classification rate(8.2%) and classification accuracy(91.8%) were highly suitable. the overall satisfaction on primary work in workplace played the most important role on job maintenance intention determinants. Second, the possibility of job maintenance intention determination was high or low depending on the consistency of primary work and one’s aptitude. Third, the primary variables were overall satisfaction on primary work, consistency of primary work and one’s aptitude, overall satisfaction on work, the beginning time of work, the onset of disability, overall satisfaction on primary work, marriage status, the type of primary disability and age range. Implications: This article suggests that service expansion of employment support for job maintenance intention improvement of wage workers with disabilities and efficient implementation of vocational rehabilitation project is needed.
