본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 효율적인 유치원현장실습 적응을 지원하는 사전교육프로그램의 구성요소들을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 고찰과 실습생을 지도하는 학계 및 현장 전문가 30명을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하여 사전교육프로그램의 교육목표, 교육내용, 교육방법, 평가내용 등의 요소를 도출하고, 그 적절성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 교육목표 12개, 교육내용 15개, 교육방법 6개, 평가내용 4개가 제안되었다. 기존의 연구와 달리 본 연구에서는 대학과 유치원 현장의 전문가들이 서로 의견을 교류하여 대학에서 활용할 수 있는 유치원현장실습 사전교육프로그램 개발의 실증적인 기초 자료를 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to look into factors to construct a pre-training program that would efficiently support prospective pre-service kindergarten teachers in adjusting themselves to field training in kindergartens. In order to achieve the research goal, the study reviewed literature while conducting three Delphi surveys targeting 30 academic or field experts who have been instructing trainees. The study eventually extracted educational objectives, educational contents, education methods, assessment contents and others and verified their appropriateness. As a consequence, 12 educational objectives, 15 educational contents, six education methods and four assessment contents were offered. This study is considered academically significant in that it collected opinions from experts at universities and kindergartens and presented basic references practical enough to be used by universities when they try to develop orientation programs for field training in kindergartens, all of which would distinguish this study from other existing researches.
