최근 맞춤형 보육이 시행됨에 따라 어린이집 원장의 운영과 학부모의 양육패턴에 변화가 일어나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 새롭게 시행한 맞춤형 보육의 현실적인 장점과 단점에 대해 살펴보고 이를 보완할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 맞춤형 보육을 시행하는 어린이집 원장을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 보육형태, 보육시간, 대상연령, 긴급보육바우처 제도, 종일반 자격, 보육료 등 총 5개 영역으로 나누어 만족도와 개선 방안 등 기타 의견을 수렴하였다. 맞춤형 보육 시행 초기의 만족도는 매우 저조하나, 본 연구 결과가 영유아와 부모, 교사 및 원장 모두에게 보다 현실적이고 실질적인 도움을 주는 정책 개선에 활용되길 바란다. Since customized child care was recently performed, there have been changes in the operation pattern of the director of day care center and the child care pattern of patents. The study tried to research the realistic advantage and disadvantage of newly performed customized child care and the method to reinforce it. For the purpose, the study performed the questionnaire to the directors of day care centers who have performed the customized child care. By classifying 5 areas such as child care type, child care time, targeted age, emergency child care boucher system, qualification for full-time class and child care fee, the study collected other opinions about satisfaction degree and revision method. Although the satisfaction degree was low in the initial period of customized child care, it is expected that the study result can be used for the policy improvement to provide child, parent, teacher and director with realistic and practical assistance.
