본 연구는 대졸 청년층의 학교 지원 및 전공 프로그램에 대한 만족도, 내재적 직업가치, 외재적 직업가치가 첫 직장만족도에 미치는 영향 규명을 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 통하여 학교 시설 및 지원, 전공 프로그램이 나아가야 할 방향과 올바른직업가치 확립을 위한 효율적이고 효과적인 진로교육 방안을 제시함으로써 대학이대졸 청년층의 첫 직장만족도를 높여 조기 퇴사율을 낮추고 안정적인 취업을 도와고용 안정화에 앞장서는 데 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위하여 한국고용정보원의 “대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(GOMS: Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey)” 중 2010년 1차년도 횡단면 조사 자료를 사용하여 첫 직장에 근무 중이거나 혹은 근무경험이 있는 대학 졸업자 3,686명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 외재적 직업가치를 제외한 대졸 청년층의 학교 지원에 대한 만족도, 전공프로그램에 대한 만족도 및 내재적 직업가치는 첫 직장만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve the job satisfaction of first job, lower early retirement rates of college graduates, and establish effective vocational career education plans in college. Thus, this study selected satisfaction with school support, satisfaction with major programs, intrinsic job value and extrinsic job value as factors that affect the job satisfaction of first job. To meet the purpose of this study, data were collected from Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) 2010. A total of 3686 students’ data were selected for this study. The data were collected using SPSS and AMOS descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. The major finding of this study is that satisfaction with school support, satisfaction with major programs, and intrinsic job value had significant effects on the first job satisfaction. However, extrinsic job value had no significant effects on the first job satisfaction.
