본 연구는 유아교사의 개인변인에 따른 회복탄력성과 교사효능감 및 직무소진에 관하여 분석하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 어린이집과 유치원 교사 256명이며, 설문조사를 통하여 수집한 자료에 대하여 이원변량분석, Pearson 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 회복탄력성과 하위변인인 자기조절능력, 교사효능감과 하위변인인 개인적 교수효능감은 학력에 따라 차이가 있었고, 직무소진은 차이가 없었지만 직무소진의 하위변인 중 개인적 성취감 결여에서 학력에 따른 차이가 나타났다. 경력에 따라서는 직무소진과 하위변인인 냉소, 정서고갈 및 개인적 성취감 결여에서 모두 차이가 나타났으나, 회복탄력성과 교사효능감에서는 경력에 따른 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 회복탄력성과 직무소진, 교사효능감과 직무소진 간에 부적상관이 있었다. 셋째, 직무소진에 대한 학력, 경력, 회복탄력성 및 교수효능감의 설명력은 50%였으며, 회복탄력성의 하위변인인 긍정성의 영향력이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates how early childhood teachers’ resilience, efficacy, and burnout are related by personal background. Rating scales were administered to 256 teachers working for early childhood education institutes located in Gyeonggi Province. Collected data were analysed by two-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation, and multiple regression. Analyses showed following results. First, the resilience and its sub-factor self-regulation, and the efficacy and its sub-factor personal pedagogical efficacy showed significant differences among academic background groups. The burnout showed no significant differences, while its sub-factor lack in personal achievement showed significant differences among academic background groups. Regarding the differences among career groups, significant differences were found in burnout and its sub-factors including sneer, emotional depletion, and lack in personal achievement. resilience and efficacy showed no significant differences among career groups, however. Second, resilience and efficacy showed negative correlations. Third, 50% of the burnout variance was accounted for by resilience and efficacy with significant effects of positivity.
