본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 교사효능감과 애착실행모델의 관계에서 정서표현성의 매개효과를 규명함으로써 유아교사의 교사효능감을 높일 수 있는 매개변인의 역할을 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도 14곳의 유아교육기관의 유아교사 255명이었다. 수집된 자료에 대해 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, Baron과 Kenny의 매개효과 분석이 실행되었다. 연구결과, 교사효능감과 애착실행모델, 정서표현성은 모두 문항 평균에서 보통이상의 수준으로 나타났다. 애착실행모델과 정서표현성 및 교사효능감 전체 변인들 간에 정적 상관성이 각각 나타났다. 유아교사의 애착실행모델과 교사효능감 전체의 관계에서 정서표현성의 부분매개 효과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구결과는 성인기 애착실행모델이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 중재하기 위해 교사의 정서표현성을 증진시킬 교육적 지원이 이루어질 필요성을 시사한다. This study investigated the mediating effects of early childhood teachers' emotional expression on the relationship between their working models of attachment and teacher efficacy. The subjects of study were 255 teachers who were working for kindergartens and child day-care centers in Gyeonggi province. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, Sobel test, using the SPSS Window 18.0. program. The results of the study were as follows. There were significant correlations among early childhood teachers' working models of attachment emotional expression, emotional expression and teacher efficacy. Also a significant partial mediating effects of early childhood teachers' emotional expression on the relationship between their working models of attachment and teacher efficacy was found.
