This year is the seventh year since I started living independently at the age of 24. At the beginning, I received economic support, including an independence allowance of 5 million won and another 3 million won as a bank deposit called "Stepping Seed Account." As for housing, I was able to use a subsidized apartment supported by LH. However, I hope to see, in addition to economic and housing support, more support provided for us in the psychological or legal areas, as well as other problems that have been left out of official support.

Difficulties, big and small, arise as these young people try to stand on their own, often accompanied by feelings of loneliness and isolation, which can affect them heavily. No social network to help them through. Having no adults around whome they can trust and rely on when having even a minor problem. I think that's the greatest of the difficulties they face.
