Until recently, foster care and independent living services were provided separately by different providers. Now that independent-living support centers have been established, aftercare services are delivered in a continuous manner for the child's own good, with foster care and independent-living support services linked. Moving forward, plans and strategies should be thought out to improve the continuity between foster care and independent living support and promote systematic cooperation among service providers.
I belive that there is a need for an integrated independent living service for youth in preparation for independent living who have psychological, emotional, or mental health problems. I also believe there is a need to fully support the budget and manpower of the Independent Living Support Agency.

I think that's how the Independent Living Support Agency along with the government will be able to provide indispensable services to the youth who need them.
