Hello, everyone? My name is Eo, Yug-Yeong and I’m an associate research fellow at the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. It’s nice to meet you. At KIHASA, I’m currently studying non-face-to-face services for the elderly. I’d like to take this opportunity to answer the questions posted on our YouTube Community on various social issues that KIHASA is studying. Let me see what comments we have here and try to quench your curiosity. I’m just looking at the YouTube comments right now and there are indeed a lot of questions.
The first question I see is from someone who goes by the nickname "Donggraami." "Can you tell me what non-face-to-face social services for the elderly mean so I can explain them to my seven-year-old child?" Well, I'd like to suggest that you can think of social services as the government helping someone in need not with money or things, but with services.
