Inauguration of Shin Youngseok as the 26th President

KIHASA held the inauguration ceremony for its 26th president, Shin Youngseok, on Monday, February 24, at 10 a.m. in its Sejong Hall, with all employees in attendance.

In his inaugural speech, President Shin said, “During my previous time at KIHASA, I worked mainly in the area of health policy, but I also explored various other areas, including the Basic Livelihood Security System, pensions, social service systems, and issues related to low fertility and population aging. I have also studied in depth the Basic Livelihood Security Act, social services, population policies, and related financial aspects. Moving forward, I aim to engage in discussions with you to find the best way to fulfill our responsibilities.”

He closed his speech saying, “I will work together with all of you to ensure that the efforts you have devoted to KIHASA over the years will not be in vain, and to further strengthen KIHASA’s standing as a leader in addressing the challenges of our rapidly changing times.”
