On September 2, KIHASA invited the former Second Vice Minister of Health and Welfare, Park Min-soo, to give a special lecture. Entitled “Innovation in Korea and Health Reform,” the lecture took place in the Sejong Hall. A seasoned official in health and welfare policy, Mr. Park previously served as the Health and Welfare Secretary to the President’s Office and as the 4th 2nd Vice Minister of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
